This Privacy Policy explains how My Zen Zone, operated by My Zen Zone ("we," "us," "our"), handles information in connection with the My Zen Zone mobile app and this website (myzenzone.app). Your calm matters to us — and so does your privacy.

The short version

My Zen Zone does not require you to create an account, sign in, or hand over personal details to listen. We don't sell your information, and we don't run advertising trackers.

Information we collect

• No account needed. You can browse the website and use the app without providing your name, email, or other personal information.
• Technical data (website). Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running well. This is aggregate server logging, not a profile of you.
• On-device app data. Your in-app preferences — favorites, saved sound mixes, downloaded tracks, and settings — are stored locally on your device, not on our servers.
• Purchases. If you buy a subscription or make a purchase in the app, the transaction is processed by Apple. We receive limited confirmation data from Apple (such as that a purchase occurred) but never your card number or full payment details.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above only to operate, secure, and improve My Zen Zone, and to deliver purchases you request. We do not use it to advertise to you.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Apple (app distribution and payment processing). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Children

My Zen Zone includes a Kids music section intended for calm, family listening. The app works without accounts or personal data entry, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

Your choices

Because we don't hold an account for you, there's little personal data to manage. You can remove locally stored app data at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page.
